Brogan Henry led the strongest MCAC women’s soccer offence all year, including on the most important weekend of the season. Henry was named the final four MVP after leading the Brandon University Bobcats to their third straight championship.
Bobcats complete women's soccer three-peat

The Brandon University Bobcats have completed the second MCAC women’s soccer three-peat in six years. The top-ranked Bobcats defeated the Providence University College Pilots 3-0 on home turf on Sunday.
Pilots Negrich named women's soccer player of the year

Serena Negrich came into the MCAC as an immediate force and has only grown from there. The third-year striker has been an all-conference women’s soccer player and is now the 2025 player of the year.
Szmon named female athlete of the week

Lindsey Szmon gave the Université de Saint-Boniface Les Rouges reason to enter this week with confidence. The third-year goalkeeper helped her team to a 1-1 draw against the high-flying Providence University College Pilots and a 2-0 win over the Canadian Mennonite University Blazers this week.
Walker wins fourth straight women's soccer coach of the year award

Tory Walker is the MCAC women’s soccer coach of the year for an incredible fourth consecutive season. The Providence University College Pilots coach led his team to a 9-1-2 record, good for second place, narrowly behind the defending champion Brandon University Bobcats.
Medeiros named female athlete of the week

Hayley Medeiros played a pivotal role in one of the most dominant weekends of the MCAC season, on both ends of the pitch. Medeiros scored four goals while her Providence University College Pilots allowed zero, collecting six points in two games.

Halle Owen was a major problem for opposing goalkeepers on the weekend. The second-year striker from Providence University College scored not one but two hat tricks in a pair of Pilots victories.
Arevalo named female athlete of the week

Kiyanna Arevalo scored the biggest goal of the Assiniboine College Cougars season on Sunday. The captain netted the only goal of the game in a 1-0 victory over the Université de Saint-Boniface Les Rouges as the Cougars picked up their first win of the season.
Janzen named female athlete of the week

Kenadie Janzen helped the Brandon University Bobcats to two important wins on the weekend. The fifth-year midfielder scored three goals as the Bobcats beat both the Providence University College Pilots and Université de Saint-Boniface Les Rouges to improve to 3-0-0.
