Feb. 25: Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) Blazers host Université de Saint-Boniface (USB) Les Rouges – 6 pm CT start
In the last match-up before the playoffs, the Blazers seek to finish their perfect regular season as they are 11-0 so far this season. Les Rouges did not play last week due to weather conditions and would like to pull off the upset. USB’s Sydney Rudnicki leads MCAC in minutes played with a 30:30 average in ten games while CMU’s Julia Schatkowsky is top MCAC scorer with 15.4 point per game average.
Feb. 25: CMU Blazers host USB Les Rouges– 8 pm CT start
This will be a good tune-up for both teams heading into the post-season. The Blazers have clinched first with a 10-1 record so far while Les Rouges have played hard throughout and captured their first win earlier in the second half of this season. CMU’s Isaiah Cole leads the conference in scoring with 19.8 ppg and Blazers fourth year guard Seth McKenzie earned MCAC Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 20, 2022. USB’s Daniel Conway is fourth in MCAC scoring at 17.1 ppg. plus first in minutes played at 36:22 average.
Feb. 26: CMU Blazers host Assiniboine Community College (ACC) Cougars – 6 pm CT start
With one regular season game left, the Blazers are only one game back of second place and still have a chance to move up in the standings as they sit with a 8-7 record. The Cougars are looking for their first win of this season. The last meeting between the two teams had the Blazers finish with a 3-0 victory on the road on Feb. 5.
Feb. 26: USB Les Rouges host Providence University College (PUC) Pilots – 6 pm CT start
The first place Les Rouges lead MCAC with a 13-2 record, on a four game winning streak and hold number ten spot in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) national ranking heading into this weekend play. USB’s third year setter Samuelle Lemoine was recognized as the MCAC Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 20, 2022. The Pilots are in second with a 9-6 mark and they would like to continue their winning ways as they hold a three game winning streak. The last meeting between the two teams had Les Rouges battle to a 3-1 victory on the road on Feb. 5.
Feb. 26: CMU Blazers host ACC Cougars – 7:30 pm CT start
There are still all the final standing positions to be decided on the last weekend of the men’s volleyball regular season. The Blazers are in a first place tie with PUC at 11-4 mark while the Cougars are tied for third with USB at 4-11 record. CMU is ranked number 14 in the latest CCAA national rankings. Both teams met earlier on Feb. 5 when the Blazers won a hard fought 3-1 match on the road.

The Pilots are tied for first at 11-4 and seeking to complete the season with another win. Les Rouges would like to finish third as they are tied for that position at 4-11 heading into this match. Both teams met earlier on Feb. 5 when the Blazers took a tough 3-1 match win on the road.
