Yahia Chihab is the MCAC’s Male Athlete of the Week (Week 20)

Yahia ended Les Rouges regular season with a bang, scoring eight goals over the course of their two victories to earn them the top spot in the conference heading into the playoffs. He also ends the regular season as the conference leader in total goals with 25.

“Yahia worked extremely hard to become the players he is today, we’re really lucky to have a player of such quality,” said head coach Justin Légaré. “In his last year with us, he has really picked up his play and is focused on helping our team achieve our goals.”

Top-ranked Les Rouges will take on the #4 Providence Pilots this Saturday at 3:00 in the semifinals of the 2018 MCAC Men’s Copa de la Paz.

All games are hosted at Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, MB. For the full schedule, check out mcacathletics.ca.
