Camille led her Blazers to two last victories over the weekend to complete a perfect 10-0 regular season. Her five goals over the two games kept her at the top of the conference leaderboard, ending the regular season with a total of 22.
“She creates so many scoring opportunities by turning defenders or through tic tac toe plays up the field,” said coach Lianna Bestvater. “She consistently opens up space for others around her.”
The top-ranked Blazers will take on the #4 Brandon Bobcats this Saturday at 1:30 in the semifinals of the 2018 MCAC Women’s Copa de la Paz.
All games are hosted at Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, MB. For the full schedule, check out mcacathletics.ca.
