Just hours before the anticipated kickoff of the Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference (MCAC) 2011 Soccer Championships, the conference revealed its All-Conference Teams and Most Valuable Players in both men’s and women’s soccer to an audience of member school players and coaches. The selections were voted on by soccer coaches from all five schools. Both men’s and women’s MVPs Adam Bromley and Sheri Hince had four-goal games this season.
The 2011 Soccer Championships begin tomorrow (October 22). Semifinals games begin at 10:00 a.m. on October 22 at the Red River College Notre Dame fields. Bronze medal games on October 23 will be played simultaneously on the two fields at 11 a.m. The Women’s Championship will be played at 1 p.m. on October 23.
